By using Phoenix.AI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Educational Purpose

Phoenix.AI provides AI-powered educational tools for learning, practice, and enrichment. It does not replace a teacher, tutor, parent, or professional educational judgment.

3. Adult Supervision

Phoenix.AI is designed for parents, guardians, teachers, and tutors to create educational materials and support supervised student learning. Children should use Phoenix.AI only with adult supervision.

4. Accounts

You may need to log in with Google to use paid features. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

5. Credits and Paid Features

Some Phoenix.AI features require credits. Credits may be deducted after successful AI generation. Credit usage may vary depending on feature, model, and generation complexity.

6. AI Output Accuracy

AI-generated content may contain mistakes, incomplete information, or inappropriate difficulty levels. Review all generated worksheets, answer keys, explanations, writing feedback, and images before use.

7. Prohibited Uses

  • Do not create harmful, hateful, violent, sexual, illegal, or unsafe content.
  • Do not upload sensitive personal information about children or others.
  • Do not use Phoenix.AI to cheat, plagiarize, or misrepresent work.
  • Do not bypass credit limits, authentication, or security controls.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or abuse the service.

8. User Content

You are responsible for prompts, images, writing samples, and other content you submit. Only submit content you have the right to use.

9. Intellectual Property

Phoenix.AI, its name, branding, design, and software are owned by Phoenix.AI or its operators. Generated materials may be used for personal, classroom, or tutoring use subject to these Terms.

10. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

11. Service Availability

Phoenix.AI may be unavailable due to maintenance, hosting issues, third-party outages, API limits, or technical problems.

12. Limitation of Liability

Phoenix.AI is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phoenix.AI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Phoenix.AI after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
