Phoenix.AI uses a credit-based system. Users purchase credits and spend them on AI-powered tools. All credit purchases are generally final once payment is completed.
Credits used for AI generations are generally non-refundable. Due to the nature of AI services, costs may be incurred as soon as a request is submitted to third-party AI providers, even if the result is incomplete, inaccurate, unsatisfactory, or fails to meet your expectations.
AI generations can occasionally fail, time out, produce unexpected results, or return incomplete output due to model limitations, provider errors, internet issues, browser issues, user input, or temporary service interruptions. Credits or fees are generally non-refundable for these cases.
If credits were deducted because of a clear Phoenix.AI system error, we may review the issue and, at our discretion, restore credits to your account. Credit restoration is not guaranteed and does not necessarily mean a cash refund will be issued.
If you believe a purchase greater than $100 was accidental, contact us within 7 days. Refunds are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.
Some payment processor fees may be non-refundable depending on Stripe’s processing rules and applicable law.
We may deny refund or credit restoration requests if we detect abuse, fraud, repeated refund requests, misuse of the platform, or violation of our Terms of Use.
To request a refund review or credit adjustment, email [email protected] with your account email, purchase date, and a description of the issue.
