• Credit balance, purchase, and usage information.
• Payment-related information processed by Stripe.
• Prompts and content submitted to generate worksheets, writing help, images, or learning materials.
• Uploaded writing images when using Writing Tutor upload features.
• Technical logs such as browser, device, IP address, and error logs for security and debugging.

• To track and deduct credits for paid features.

5. AI Providers

Phoenix.AI uses OpenAI and related service providers to generate educational content and images. Content you submit may be sent to those providers for processing.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Phoenix.AI does not store your full credit card number.

7. Uploaded Student Writing

If you upload an image of writing, Phoenix.AI may use OCR and AI tools to analyze or improve the writing. Do not upload sensitive personal information about children.

8. Children’s Privacy

Children under 13 should not create accounts or submit personal information without parent, guardian, or educator involvement. If you believe a child has provided personal information without permission, contact us for review and deletion where appropriate.

9. Data Retention

We retain account, credit, payment, and usage records as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Generated PDFs are intended to be created in memory and sent directly to users unless a feature specifically says otherwise.

10. Sharing of Information

We may share information with service providers needed to operate Phoenix.AI, including OpenAI, Google, Stripe, Supabase, and hosting providers.
